Why the Scottish Government is now facing a $800 million US dollar claim from the United States IRS (Federal tax authority)

FORMAT & STRUCTURE

A TALE OF TWO consists of three sections:

  1. THE AFS AVOCET STORY
  2. THE REBECCA SEDDON REPORT
  3. ESSAYS, EXHIBITS, & ATTACHMENTS

But before leaping in, review this ever updating encyclopedia on ‘Natural Capital’, scan this work’s menus, consider how this encyclopedia will benefit tomorrow’s world, and then dip into the ‘essays’. As an opener it is suggested that you start with the essay:

THE ‘DOUBLE-DEALING’ BREACH OF FIDUCIARY BY THE FOLLOWING:

  • GALLIARD DE QUINCEY LIMITED (3 incarnations)
  • ILONA ROSE INVESTMENTS LIMITED
  • UK AGRICULTURAL FINANCE LTD
  • UK AGRICULTURAL LENDING LIMITED
  • WILLIAM (BILL) THOMSON MERCER CLEGHORN
  • DESMOND (DES) VICTOR JOHN PHILLIPS
  • SCOTTISH JUDGE SHERIFF R JANDOO
  • BRITISH SUPREME COURT LORD RAYMOND DOHERTY
  • SCOTTISH LORD ADVOCATE LADY DOROTHY RUTH BAIN

Because of tradition, there is a general belief that those in British authority are honest and competent. Throughout this work you will find that many of our pillars of respectability lack morals and are politically inept.

Consider:

Galliard de Quincey is the name attributed to three companies with its parent based in a tax haven. These companies were set up by Scottish Judges, Sheriff R Jandoo and Lord Raymond Doherty. Into these companies some £30 million of funds were diverted from Scottish companies and the EU. The diversion was facilitated by members of Scotland’s Faculty of Advocates, and Scotland’s lawyers & accountants. In 2018, some £4 million out of this £30 million was due to be paid to Avocet Infinite Plc for one pound ordinary shares issued to friends, colleagues, of / and to the Orr family. This £4 million payment did not happen, instead a fabricated story was created by Aileen Orr (wife of farmer Andrew Hamilton Orr) and William (Bill) Thomson Mercer Cleghorn (of Aver) that Martin Frank Frost and to a lesser extent Dr. ‘Bob’ Jennings had fabricated a ‘Ponzi’ scheme which robbed the Sunwick farm based Orr family of their Avocet investment monies; monies which were due to be paid to Avocet Infinite Plc from the Galliard de Quincey companies. To compound matters Aileen Orr persuaded Bill Cleghorn, and Scotland’s Lord Advocate, Lady Ruth Bain that Martin Frank Frost had arranged the deaths of Galliard de Quincey participants: Scotland’s Law Society lawyer, Clive Franks; judge Sheriff R Jandoo; Advocate Brian Sadler; cattle dealer Sandy Jeffrey; farmer Gregor Walker; and her husband, farmer Andrew Orr. Additionally, Aileen Orr persuaded Scotland’s Lord Advocate to suggest via a side letter to Leeds High Court Judge Geddes, that Martin Frank Frost and Janet Orr Frost (twin sister of Andrew Hamilton Orr) were shortly to be arrested for defrauding the Orr family out of their farms and money. Consequently, Judge Geddes bankrupted Martin Frank Frost and Janet Orr Frost (on a flawed guarantee to UK Agricultural Lending Limited) stating in open court that while Martin and Janet were NOT presently bankrupt they would soon be so. Furthermore, because of the above mentioned deaths, solicitor N. Kelly (of MD Law Sheffield) and Leeds Judge Geddes became fearful for their own lives and reported Martin to the police. North Yorkshire Police then arrested terminally ill Martin who collapsed in police custody and was taken into Scarborough Hospital. Three months later Martin had his phones and computers returned to him and was advised that no further proceedings on the deaths would be taken against him. In similar vein Martin was advised by the British Insolvency Service that he and ‘Bob’ Jennings had not defrauded the Orr family nor Avocet shareholders nor Avocet’s creditors.

Incidentally, Scotland’s SNP Government appointed ‘Bill’ Cleghorn of Aver to mask the Galliard de Quincey story, the Galliard de Quincey funds given to the SNP, and the insider dealings between the Orr family, Aver, the Lord Advocate, UK Agricultural Lending Limited, Ilona Rose Investments Limited and Des Phillips.

Finally, throughout 2019 Avocet Infinite Plc had kept UK Agricultural Lending Limited informed over 1. Avocet’s dealings with Aileen Orr and her family; 2. the Duke of Westminster’s proposed £60 million investment to develop Avocet / Omega into a global company and 3. King Charles (then Prince) proposed patronage for Avocet’s ‘Natural Capital Concept’. Thus it is with great regret to report that UK Agricultural Lending Limited knowingly shared this information with Bill Cleghorn of Aver who in turn prompted the Lord Advocate to blackball Avocet Infinite Plc with both the Royal family and the Duke of Westminster’s investment arm. In short, with slanderous tales that Martin and Bob were stealing money by a Ponzi scheme, Aileen Orr, Aver, and Edwin Thompson via the Scottish Government drove Avocet / Omega Infinite Plc (then a group valued at over £230 million, with projected valuations for 2024 exceeding £450 million) into the ‘devil’s hands’. Then Aver and its insolvency mates refused to even read the Coller IP detailed Avocet projections and encouraged UK Agricultural Lending Limited to support a ‘bonker’s scheme’ that not only robbed Avocet and the Frost family but enabled Aileen Orr and Alexander Orr to turn Sunwick farm into the largest cannabis farm in Scottish history supplying yearly some £40 million of illegal produce to a network of dealers throughout Ireland, Scotland, and Northern England.  An unlawful operation which UK Agricultural Lending Limited, Aver, Azets, Edwin Thompson and Begbies (all in varying degrees) supported for some five years – again all to the detriment of Avocet and facilitating an IRS claim of $800 million against the Scottish Government.

You can find further details of the ongoing investigations which are to be found in this work alongside the websites shortly to be released.
