Please view our photographs. This could be regarded just as a gripping yarn, but having read the introduction by the Imperial War Museum you realise this is based on a first hand account of war and tank battles. This makes it far more authentic and realistic. I found myself checking facts as the book progressed, and everything mentioned was spot-on. A great story, told from the point of view of a human being on the battlefield, and all that entails.
