This is a great introduction to collecting, in fact more than an introduction because of the sheer amount of detail in it. If I was a professional, I don’t know how I would rate it but as someone who spends time at flea markets etc, I have learned to pick up a few gems and been spared disasters because I have a fairly good idea when looking at things. I recommend this book highly, just beware, it is big and will take a long time to read through! Mug of tea and a fireplace go well with this!
