Reviews:

  • I have always been interested in all the Gnostic texts that were not included in the Bible and it was interesting to read this collection. The author describes, catalogues and quotes the secret Gnostic gospels that were destroyed in the 4th century AD, but of which copies fortunately remain. He has done an excellent job of explaining the scriptures and the gospel in a very accessible way, so that one can understand the different arguments/viewpoints between orthodoxy and Gnosticism.
  • I love this book. The translation is amazing, and the extras are available for me whenever I am on the go, which I adore. Having access to more knowledge is crucial to understanding humanity and what is expected of us. Gaining knowledge that was previously hidden from us by aristocrats who felt that keeping it hidden would control the masses only shows us how truly life changing and important the knowledge within these hidden texts truly were to our development of our human race. We all need to read them and study them for our enlightenment.
