A FROST PAPERBACK is a loved book which a member of the Frost family has checked for condition, cleanliness, completeness and readability. When the buyer collects their book, the delivery charge of £3.00 is not made

This is the follow on book from the original Clochmerle. It’s just as readable as the first book, with all the characters up to their old tricks, and the 20th century starting to encroach on village life and frightening a few of the older folk. If you liked Clochmerle you’ll like this as well.

Gabriel Chevallier (3 May 1895 – 6 April 1969) was a French novelist widely known as the author of the satire Clochemerle. He is also known for Fear [fr] (La Peur), a novel about World War I.
