A very clean example of a much under-rated book. Contents clean and tight. A near Fine copy. Subjects of the plates include yeast and bacteria, brown and green moulds, protococcus and chara, bracken fern, flowering plant, amoeba, blood corpuscles, vorticella, hydra, earthworm, fresh-water mussel, lobster, snail, and frog.
