Drawn from the testimonies of SAS members, this book details the wartime beginnings of the SAS and then the regiment’s greatest moments, including defeating rebel forces in the jungles of Borneo, the defence of Murbat where nine SAS men defeated 300 Arab guerrillas and the Gulf War.

Review: I found this book really gripping as it is a collection of accounts from SAS soldiers themselves. The way they tell the stories made me feel I was there with them. I also like the way it shows the human side of these incredible soldiers, I laughed out loud a few times at their humour, albeit rather dark!
