- Two volumes which cover the Scottish Court of Session causes (cases) from 1826 to 1828. Both volumes are in good reading order and interestingly cover the period when Scots Law was seeking to follow English legal precedent. Hence, jurisdiction followed English law even though the assets lay in Scotland if the contract was concluded outside Scotland.
