This book presents a comprehensive history of the existential war waged between the Anglo-Dutch imperial system and what became known as the American System of political economy ever since the creation of the predatory British and Dutch East India Companies. On that basis, the book presents a counterintuitive solution to the crisis confronting humanity today, arguing that only a combination of the Four Powers, the USA, Russia, China and India, has the power to finally dismantle the Anglo-Dutch imperial system as it emerged from the British and Dutch East India Companies. The book documents the de facto alliance which has existed since the time of the American Revolution among these Four Powers and proposes the American System of political economy of Alexander Hamilton, Friedrich List, Henry C. Carey, Abraham Lincoln, and Franklin D. Roosevelt as the basis for a community of principle among the sovereign nation-states of the world to be initiated jointly by these Four Powers.

Review: Still reading it, but am very impressed with what it reveals about how the British and Dutch East India companies took control of Asia and Africa, with the Portuguese and Spanish raping and plundering Latin America. The loot of India alone financed much of the development of the Western world by Britain which diverted Indian wealth to its other colonies. They were stopped by the 1776 American revolution, and turned their attention to Africa (the 19th century’s ‘Scramble for Africa’ by Britain, Belgium, France, Germany etc) and neo-colonial loot and plunder- eg of France in Mali, Burkina Faso etc continues to this day.

This book’s premise is that the elites who grew fabulously rich from these colonial crimes are still in charge of the West, eg via the international banking system, one of whose HQs is London, England. They still control much of the Deep State in the US, and therefore this book argues that only a coalition of Russia, China, India AND the US – the revolutionary US which is being destroyed by the Deep State which controls the MIC (about which retiring President Eisenhower warned) and the CIA which murdered JFK (hence the refusal to release 5000+ documents concerning the assassination over 60 years later) and pretended to be asleep (along with the Secret Service and FBI) as another former President narrowly escaped being killed – the Donald.

Or else the thugs in charge will lead us inexorably to WW3 (some say we are already in the early phases of it) with full-blown nuclear annihilation a distinct possibility, with their insane declaration that the new ‘axis of evil ‘ is Russia, Iran and China. Against whom they have already launched proxy wars using Ukraine and Israel, while gathering steam to attack China using Taiwan.

William F. Wertz, Jr. was born and raised in New Jersey in the USA. He received an academic scholarship to attend Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, USA. While at Wesleyan he enrolled in the College of Letters. During the first semester of his sophomore year he studied abroad in Vienna, Austria and at the University of Cologne in then West Germany. He graduated from Wesleyan University in 1967 Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received a National Education and Defense Act Fellowship to study at Harvard University, but left Harvard before receiving a graduate degree.

In 1971, he joined the political movement founded by Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr., because he agreed with LaRouche that world peace could only be established by rejecting supra-national forms of government, respecting national sovereignty, using anti-Malthusian American System methods of economic development and by a cultural renaissance.

In 1976, he ran unsuccessfully in the Democratic primary for U.S. Senate in Washington State against Henry Jackson and in 1982 in the Democratic primary for U.S. Senate in California against Jerry Brown. He was also the West Coast Coordinator of the National Democratic Policy Committee (NDPC) from 1980-84.

In 1984, he began to coordinate a project for the Schiller Institute to translate the works of the German poet Friedrich Schiller into English. He has since then been the editor and primary translator of four books of translations of the works of Schiller (Friedrich Schiller: Poet of Freedom) These works include translations of the dramas Don Carlos, Wilhelm Tell, the Virgin of Orleans and Mary Stuart, numerous poems including the “Ode to Joy,” “Hope” and the “Cranes of Ibycus,” and such aesthetical writings as “On the Aesthetical Education of Man,” “Naïve and Sentimental Poetry,” “On the Sublime” and the “Kallias Letters.”

He also translated and published many of the works of Nicolaus of Cusa, the father of the sovereign nation state and modern science (Toward a New Council of Florence: ‘ON THE PEACE OF FAITH’ and Other Works by Nicolaus of Cusa), several of which had never been translated into English before, including “On Conjectures,” “On Beryllus,” “On the Filiation of God,” “On Searching for God,” “On Equality” and “The Summit of Vision.”

From 1992 to 2006, he was editor-in-chief of Fidelio the cultural and scientific journal of the Schiller Institute and President of the Schiller Institute from 1992 to 2019, at which point he resigned.

He is co-author of The Four Powers by Lyndon LaRouche published in 2019 and the author of Beware the British East India Company! Towards an Alliance between the USA, Russia, China and India to Finally Defeat the British Empire published in 2023.

He is married and has two sons and four grandchildren.
