• I just got my hands on this new edition of the Geneva 1560 version and his ancient texts , and I couldn’t be happier! In my opinion, a real gem for anyone interested in biblical history. • I am enjoying the Geneva Bible, but would offer a word of caution when ordering: This Bible is written using Old English writing style, so it may take you a while to get into the rhythm as you read it. For me it has made me slow down & concentrate more on what I am reading for full comprehension & I also keep another version on hand for when I am not understanding the older language. Even so, I would highly recommend this Bible if you are wanting to compare between the older versions of the Bible vs the others that are published today (& yes, you will find differences).
