First Edition Hardcover. Condition: Fine printing of Roddy Doyle’s book THE WOMAN WHO WALKED INTO DOORS in hardback cloth covers with a fine dust jacket, published in Great Britain by Jonathan Cape in 1996. This fine book has red cloth covered boards, titles in gold on the spine with white end papers. The tight, bright, unread book has no marks, bumps or writing over its 226 pages. The pages themselves are in fine condition. The copyright page shows this book first published in Great Britain in 1996, with copyright 1996 Roddy Doyle. The fine dust jacket with the price in sterling is not price clipped and has no blemishes. The titles are in white on the cover and white and yellow on the spine. The cover design by Tracey Winwood shows the book title spelt out in coloured magnetic letters on a fridge door. The book and jacket are in a new condition. Doyle won the Booker Prize in 1993 for Paddy Clarke Ha Ha Ha. This is Doyle’s first novel since winning the Booker Prize and is regarded as his finest achievement to date.
